Building a community of practice in government

Abstract

The year 2020 will always be remembered as the year the world turned upside down. Covid-19 has changed the way we live, work and connect with each other.
While most of the impact on our everyday lives has seemed negative, it has also given us a chance to pause and consider what is important to us. It seems that developing a sense of community has become the balm to our anxieties in the face of this crisis.
