Abstract

Some species in Cinnamomum genus commonly used as spice
contain antibacterial compounds. We investigated the effects of cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) bark essential oil (CBEO) on the fruit quality of fresh-cut pineapple and papaya.
