Abstract

In a preliminary examination in Queensland of the inheritance of resistance to DDT in P. operculella, carried out by means of single-pair crosses and back-crosses between a resistant and a susceptible strain, the segregations that appeared did not differ significantly from those that could be expected from the operation of a single autosomal gene.
